I think it's very hard to make a case for Rigo to have accomplished more in his pro career as Inoue did at age 26. Going all Boxrec warrior here for the facs, but just to prove my point.

Is Amagasa, the fighter who knocked down Rigo down twice, stronger than Inoue?

Rigondeaux is trying to trash talk his way into a fight against Inoue, his last payday and then retire. If he fights flat flooted once again, he will get a brutal hiding.

I agree. Inoue's style plays into Rigo style. Rigo's speed, reflex, power and timing was something amazing. Plus his power was very underrated.

Donaire broke Inoue's face wearing Winning gloves. They are known as pillows. Manny Steward used to explain the issue with making punchers wear Winning, when he would give commentary during HBO broadcasts. How do you think Morales went the distance with Pac and Maidana? He definitely gets stopped in both Pac I and Maidana if they were allowed to wear their usual gloves.

Alot of lomas succes was because rigo had to overcomensate due to him being way smaller. Against inoue theyll both be the same height with rigo being the quicker in and out fighter.

What I'd like to know is what country you live in, because anyone living in the U.S. knows that you can get by without speaking English, especially living in NY, South FL, Chicago, Los Angeles and So Cal, and the entire South Western United States.

I don't think Rigo can beat Pac at feather or lightweight though

Did the people bashing Rigo here even watch the video? He was asked the question ''Does Inoue look like a monster to Guillermo?'', to which Rigo replied, ''Why is he a monster, he's a human just like me.'' Nothing at all wrong with what he said...

The most exquisite thing about Loma's soul harvesting of Rigoblin was that he forced him to capitulate and wave the white flag without moving out of first-gear and by not utilizing size, strength or power. It was the fear of skill and genius in their most pure and unadulterated forms that forced Rigoblin to bend the knee to his master and allowed him to capture his soul. Rigoblin was always the maestro and the king of all he surveyed in the realm of skills and he'd never encountered anyone who could even test him in that regard before even though he'd had over 400 amateur fights and came up through the Cuban system, let alone toy with him like he was a rank novice who'd just donned a pair of gloves for the first time.

And I think it was a truly beautiful gesture by Loma when he repurchased Rigoblin's soul from the Soul Collector he'd sold it to on the island of Crete and returned it to the crestfallen Cuban goblin free of charge. Rigoblin pulled a no mas against Loma but after being reunited with his soul he pulled a yes mas against Ceja and I think that both Loma and Rigoblin deserve enormous credit for that.

A skilled technical boxer loses to a taller, bigger technical boxer. That’s all there is to it.

If the roles were reversed, Rigo had the height, size, reach and age advantage, would the results have been different? Maybe.

It was impressive of Loma but to me it’s similar to a floyd vs Hearns scenario. Styles makes fights and the taller longer version just has the advantage over the shorter smaller version mirror of themselves. I’m not saying floyd is a mirror of Hearns or that Rigo is a mirror of loma, but they both rely on technical ability and distance control - which becomes that much harder when dealing with someone equally skilled with height and reach advantage.
