I think its a good thing to put Rigo on the undercard of an expolosive main event like Canelo vs Cotto. Everybody knows that they gonna get an exiting fight at the end of the night. Rigo is for the true boxingfan that appreciate the hight quality boxing and not only two guys battling non stop.

We might get Rigo vs Loma. man, i would like to see that !

But last night wasn't even quality boxing, it was sloppy boxing (for Rigondeaux), his timing was off, he looked slow with his counters, lots of clinching which is uncharacteristic of Rigondeaux.

I think that was his worst performance.

A quality pressure fighter will beat Rigo. Bank on it. He's fought one notable opponent in his career and that is Donaire. And guess what...Donaire is a natural counterpuncher like Rigo, just not as good at it.

Give Rigo a good fighter who can pressure him and watch him struggle like he did in the past. He's 3 years older now and his reflexes looks slower. He's ready for the taking.
