Hehehe. It's funny because in one vlog Plania was mocking Rigo. Asking him why he ran against Casimero. Looks like they are buddies now lol.

He is saying. Yeah, jab, jab, jab. Don't run ok. Jab, don't run when we spar lol.

He better be taking tons of notes while Rigo is burying his hands on him because he is in the ring with a master.

It's hilarious because Rigo actually won that fight. I'm guessing he was putting on show for people while actually respecting Rigo's mastery.

While I too thought Rigo won, his output was so frugal I can't complain. It made me wonder if he was injured. Hopefully he gets away from Ronnie Shields and gets back with Pedro Diaz. Diaz was always the one who had him looking sharpest. Shields can't even get Rigo to let his hands go. If Rigo can't pull the trigger in this next fight its time to hang them up, even if he wins. This gunshy version of Rigondeaux gets abused by Donaire.

Definitely. He'll get hurt soon if he doesn't. He's very tiny compared to everyone.

Ancajas should move up to 118 all hands on deck for Inoue. Here he is putting that work on this American fighter. Coach got upset his fighter got KTFO threw a bottle at Ancajas lol.Why did he throw it at Ancajas? His fighter needs it.

At the end they saying. Go back, go back. Let him off! Then one guy said. Give him a taste. Jerwin gave him taste of a left straight!

That was BS. No reason to throw that punch. The other fighter could barely stand to begin with.

You have to spar differently with different opponents. With that guy, he should practice his defense more often and have the guy throw more combos.

The coach in the corner was saying why are you stopping? Yelled out, WORK!! When Ancajas hurt him to the body. So it means they wants more punishment.Ancajas actually eased up until the coach opened his mouth.

He's a world champion and he knows the kid can barely stand. Why throw hard?
Don't care what the coach said. What if he would have seriously injured that person then what?
Nothing is learned getting hurt like that. Do that one too many times and latter in life you will pay for it.
Your a world champion so act like one. And being your a world champion you have the power to just say he's had enough I'm not hitting him anymore get him out of the ring.

Seen alot of that when I used to box- stop babying the boxer,it will toughen him up, its good for him, etc.
It is never good to take beatings in the gym simple as that.
Do it once too many times and I promise you that person will pay for it latter in life and sometimes earlier.
Seen alot of promising careers ruined in gym wars or constant hard sparring.
Ask any retired pro and they will tell you sparring like that is dumb.

Ok. Ancajas apologized anyway. It was the heat of the moment thing. Ancajas clearly apologized and was going to back off until the American fighter trainer started trash talking on the outside. Anyway, apparently Lomachenko's manager has signed Casimero. I did not expect that at all. This was unexpected.

Maybe Rigo will transition to coach when he retires.

Plenty of young cuban guys who'll need training coming to America.
