tbf, it was easy to have seen him going that way at that point.

And i wouldn't blame anyone for thinking that after the cotto win.

His cotto victory was incredible at the time.

That's what was so great about mosleys victory.

Such a crazy fall from the top!

there was nothing co feature about it.

Apart from it being called that to please the fighters. There purses compared to floyd and guerreros purchases tell you everything.

    It was as undercard fight.

Well no **** John. Put Mares on a card with only one fight that night against someone like Donaire and he makes more than a million. :deal

Donaire knocks Mares out and Rigo cruises to a UD. Mikey Garcia vs Rigo is the fight I most want to see.

i know but calling it the co-feature is just laughable.

I bet they tried that **** with Alvarez and Trout. Your not the undercard, your co featuring

But trying to coompare it with Mayweather's purse? Really?

What did Rigo make in comparison to Manny on his undercards?

    I'll wait.

Mares beats Rigondeaux. If Rigondeaux thinks he's easy, he is ****ing wrong. The kid wields power and won't fight off the backfoot and get rocked all day like Donaire. Mares is a relentless forward fighter and won't try to sit and counter with Rigondeaux, looking for a left-hook. Rigondeaux has been rocked by lesser fighters; I think Mares could get a KO.

Considered #1 by some, but it was Baldomir that held all of the belts and was not promoted by Arum.

The Martinez win was in 2000.

That fight was never going to happen. Margarito brought no money to the table and he was Bob's boy. 2 things that do not get you paid.

and Floyd don't fight people that loose to Daniel ****ing Santos.

Margarito fight would have given floyd his biggest pay day at the time, so don't tell me floyd wasn't getting paid.

But Floyd will fight people who lose too Gamaliel Diaz

You're trying to compare what Rigo made in a main event with no undercard compared to Mares, with the headliner making 30+ million guaranteed.

I like his statement, but the weight makes a big difference.

Arum offered 8 million for the Marg fight.

Floyd got $8,000,001.00 to fight baldomir and take all the titles.

    Fact:hi:

I don't agree. I think Mares will give Rigo a tough fight. If anything i think he will definitely win more rounds than Donaire.

You can't accuse Mares of been afraid of anybody ,that mofo fights Dracula himself.
But Rigo beats him at 122 lbs.
