it's obvious to me that bob arum and hbo want rigondeaux to fail. why? is it racism? they always seem to **** on skilled fighters of color. they did it to guzman....they did it to calderon....they did it to floyd....now they're doing it to rigondeaux.

trust me...if pacquiao was matched against slick boxers...he never would have became the star he was. the reason he became a star is because top rank matched him favorably against mexicans who like to mix it up. the minute he faced guys with any parts of slickness....he looked less than stellar. did they **** on him then? no...they made excuses for him. if they match rigondeaux against mexican fighters who like to mix it up and fight in the pocket...he's going to shine like the diamond he is. it's bull**** that he doesn't have punching power. he ko'd a 140lb prospect (who i will not name out of respect) with a single shot even though they had big gloves and that prospect was wearing a ***** bar headgear. this guy is a once in a life time talent and bull**** opinion and hate from his own promoter and network is holding him back. smh.

So, Guillermo then decides that instead of shooting to be the first person to knockout Agbeko, it's smart to fight just like he always has. Hey, it's everyone else's fault his ratings dropped off a cliff from his lead-in fight (which was the highest rated fight of the night out of both networks).

Fortune favors the bold, my friend. Doesn't it frustrate you just a little bit that Guillermo holds back as much as he does when he clearly has the talent to do more in the ring?

He has been dropped twice while pressing the action, I don't think he has the skills to take control like many champions do.

Sure I can watch most of them without paying. But that's beside the point. Those guys I listed do whatever it takes to win. Like Bayern Munich can put on a show once in a while but when they play the champion's league final they do whatever it takes to win and nothing less.

What you are trying to say is that to the boxer it is about the win. But as soon as the match is over you hear boxers crying about not getting the attention they deserve or not making enough money and wanting to jump ship to another promotion. I have no problem with a boxer just going for a safe comfortable win. It irks me when they start complaining about getting paid and not getting the attention they deserve.

Santa Cruz and Frampton won't fight him, why would you they both loose and the money isn't there to make a loss worthwhile, The likes of Frampton, Donaire Santa Cruz make more money fighting each other then Rigo, top level fighters won't be bothered fighting Rigondeaux you can't win and you make crap money

And that Showtime card was pretty entertaining in my view. I was not changing the channel.
