Well I am a lawyer, and if the jurisdiction of the contract lay with English law then, basically, provided: 1. There was an offer 2. There was acceptance 3. Consideration (money paid or financial benefit) 4. An intention to create legal relations Then there's a contract
Yeah, but you don't know the specific clauses of the contract. There are factors that come up that can void contracts. What I want to know is when Cuba took Rigondeaux back after his failed defection attempt, does that then void the contract?
Yep Micky Joe Perez theres no expense being sparred on the guys in ireland as regards their opponents
It would be beneficial if Rigondeaux could tap into the Cuban fan base that Gamboa already has on board in the US.. Rigondeaux might be 28 and a late starter to the pro ranks, but he wont need much nurturing, he is as ready made as they come. The Hyde character knows that Rigondeaux will stay in the US, he just wants to cash out, because he knows that promoters over in the US will pay big money to buy him out.. Thats just how I see it, either way, it will be a long while before Rigondeaux gets beaten, if they think Gamboas good, this bloke buys and sells him..
