What have I been saying forever that some folk refuse to see and accept despite all but acknowledging themselves... all boxers/promoters/managers weigh RISK vs. REWARD for every fight. And it explains why some of the most talented fighters don't get great opponents when their fanbase doesn't generate the revenue to warrant the risk of losing to them. Simple as that.

 

he didn't get the berto or ggg treatment because they are exciting fighters and people want to watch them. boxing is a business and a tv station isn't going to throw money and opportunites at a boxing who cant draw flies to **** and sticks the place out at every opportunity
