a low workrate can be a negative when it allows for a fighter to be overwhelmed, but we havent this happen to rigs. we have seen him place his punches well and take guys out early. I dont know if he has lost a single round yet.

basically I think its too early to say for sure.

tell Ponce de Leon to wreck his **** against Juanma before thinking of Gamboa...Gamboa has better fishes to catch instead of this midget.

There a lot of people talking **** in this forum but this freddy really is the best contender...charro como usted habla mierda!!!!!

a low workrate can also be a negative when your opponent decides to box outside and stick and move all night. Rigo is already nearing 30 and soon enough he will be facing young fast fighters who could try to avoid Rigo's skill and power by just staying on the outside and throwing flurries and moving back out of range.

When you face a guy like that, you have to know how to force him to fight.

But you're right, it's a little too early to tell.

Do just what you are doing. Fast track him. . Cordoba is toast. A dominant feather in 2 years will be Rigondeaux and you suggest he has a low work rate. My God man, have you ever seen him fight?

His style reminds me of zab judah. Hopefully he doesnt have the mental issues and doesnt fold like zab does in some of his fights.
