Cordoba is good, but I think he is going to lose, Rigondeaux is in another league all by himself, beside time is of the essense, he has to do it now, if not, why try?

This guy that Cotto fought was 0-2-1 and 30 years old at the time of the fight, now check Rigondeaux opponents, that will b your homework.
ps, he is 1-9-1 all loses by ko.

No matter what happens in the fight between Rigondeaux and Cordoba, Rigo deserves a lot of respect for taking on Cordoba who is a big time step up for a guy with only 6 fights in his career.

I love how even when people try to hate on him, they really pointing how great Rigodeaux is. Like this clown, "Put him in Donaire". That really shows how good you think he is to even consider putting Rigo in who only has 7 pro fights. And mark my words, Rigo takes Donaire.

That would be a mismatch, Donaire wouldn't last 5 rounds.

I am not 100% knocking Rigo. I like to watch the man's work. I just feel that he is severely under matched and should be quite a bit more offensive with these guys.

As a fan of slick pure boxers, Rigo has all the skills AND devastating power. Problem is that I hope he starts fighting capable guys that allow him to grow as a pro. He gets in there with a beast he may find himself overwhelmed.

No argument there, but against cans?

It is more hindering his development than helping to have him playing chess with checker players. Especially at his age.
