this is crazy, these "so called fans" hate ALL the best fighters in the game. when you are so much better than everyone you cant look good every fight when real pros are just surviving. man these people NEED to learn this sport. just learn a LITTLE bit, that will go a long long way for you guys
Zak posts as The Professor. This is a different poster. And this poster's point is pretty valid, because he addresses not just this poster, but every poster who tends to hate on pure boxers in his post.
Donaire in the class of pacquaio, ali, tyson, mayweather?really? atsch And comparing rigo win to douglas :think Donaire was not even a big favourite,if i remember correct. Donaire was only hyped to the max and was bigger than rigo.the talent gap was obvious on the fight night, don't blame shoulders or anything.**** happens.also rigo could have said million of excuses why he did not completely dominate donaire. Broken leg, broken jaw etc.. Donaire is good fighter but little bit too hyped, accept that and move on :deal
The ESB fan base is divided into two distinct camps. Group 1: Those hardcore boxing fans who love to see talent and therefore root for the sport's most gifted boxers, such as; 1. Mayweather 2. Ward 3. Hopkins 4. Rigondeaux 5. Froch 6. JMM 7. Martinez 8. Lara 9. Canelo 10. Gamboa Group #2: Those fair weather boxing fans who like UFC more than boxing and love to see sluggers with power but not much technique, especially ring generalship and defence. They love B level average skilled boxers with a big punch or B level fighters that happen to share their countries, such as; 1. Kovalov 2. Golovkin 3. Lomachenko 4. Pac 5. Vlad 6. Brook 7. Vitali 8. Shomenov 9. Bute Due to the distinct and clear difference in the skill levels of favourite boxers from both camps, Group A will always come out on top of betting situations and boxers who will in the future, appear on boxings All Time Favourite lists. Meanwhile, those fans in Group B will always and forever suffer disappointment and embarrassment, once their favourite fighter steps up and is exposed and derailed by fighters in Group A. Sunc Is Life, in the world of Boxing sports fans.
Gamboa used to be exciting years ago. Then he ducked the Rios match, got sidelined for a year and has been a joke ever since his retun Maybe the PED abuse started to affect him, who knows
Yes, he is. I have already posted the thing like this on this forum after Rigon beat Donaire last year, but you know what I got ? I was criticized strongly by boxing fans who DKSAB. We all need to have fun and excitement when we are watching the sport of fighting but those DKSAB were talking about art of boxing, hit and don't try to get hit, run as fast as you can, and bla bla bla bla.......... so you people just get TF out of my face!
Andre Ward. Another example of fighter who has to fight for peanuts despite being #2 P4P, because he's boring as ****. He probably makes more money with his commentator gig and that's why he's already talking about retirement Ward's lucky he's murican, otherwise he'd probably be dumped out of tv just like Rigo
Hey, don't blame me if you pick all white fighters. Group 1 represents the very best PROVEN talents in boxing. Their combined resumes is a virtual Who's who of the boxing world comprised of the world's best A & B level opponents, as well as one another. Group 2, on the other hand are a bunch of B level wannabes with combined resumes filled with the sport's best and worst B level opposition. The only one in the group B list who's faced an A level opponent is Vitali when he fought Lennox Lewis. Although he fought him, he lost by TKO6. All the others have never faced any A level opponent. :hi:
Finally, nobody wants to support this boring cuban boxer anymore. His boxing career will be over or will be in jeopardy since he's destroying it by his own hands.
Actually it could be, at least he's not 'breaking rules' while being boring aka Andre Ward. If Rigo was contesting a match where there was a referee who was an absolute stickler for the rules of boxing, he would be ok. On the other hand if you put Ward in that situation he would be disqualified. To make it clearer for you, Ward fouls all the time and relies on 'getting away with it', to gain victory. Go back and watch as many Ward fights as you can and count how many times he initiates clinches. Clinching/holding IS a foul, in the rules of boxing. Footwork is not re: Rigo. Rigo is boring as **** but like I said, he's clean but boring.
