I give it to Mayweather. Floyd has proven he can launch and land that straight right against southpaws all night. I like watching Rigon, his footwork and his speed, but I think he lacks the tools to beat Mayweather both technically, speed and in power. Rigon would have to increase his work rate at least 4x to come close to beating Mayweather. To do that, he'd leave himself open for right hand counters. Plus Rigon likes to come in or move out low for defence. I think Floyd would catch him with a beautiful uppercut taht would stop the fight.

Floyd was juicing his hands back then and was less gun-shy because of it and rigo has a chin of pure cuban glass so Floyd probably by TKO.

First off PBF didn't fight Chico at 126 he fought him at 130 so a fight between PBF and Rigo would have to take place there. I love Rigo but PBF at 130 is way too big for Rigo. He would dwarf him in the ring. Not really a fair fight IMO. PBF would probably stop him.

PBF is way too big for Rigo on top of that he's more complete. No one is hating on Rigo here but PBF is all wrong for him at 130.

The Cotto fight happened in Mayweathers 5th weight class though. The Match up is between a big 130 lbs fighter vs a great 122 lbs fighter. Both comparable in skill but size is in Mayweathers favour.
