He's never going to get the kind of offer they gave him at 126. If I remember correctly, Rigo wanted it to be at 124. Now, it would have to be at 130 and he'd probably get 30% of the purse.

At this point, no-one needs to fight Rigo. His name isn't exactly ringing out and no network is in a hurry to put him on. It's really sad how his career has played out, although he has to take a lot of the blame. His performance against Agbeko was the last straw for HBO and a lot of fans los interest too.

The Agbeko fight wasn't his fault. If they really wanted to promote him, they would have put him in with a face first Latin guy. That being said, Rigs will be giving the giant Mexican Flores the pumpkin face in a few weeks, on HBO.

We all know Lomachenko vs Saildo II is happening in August.

We know Rigondeaux is scheduled to fight in June and likely won't fight anyone again the rest of the year.

Just more hot air that will ultimately mean nothing.

I don't think Agbeko was especially hard to look good against. He's a fairly agressive fighter and was trying to come forward; Rigo was happy to just pot-shot from outside. He was winning so easily that he could have taken some chances, thrown some combinations and put it on him.

No-one is expecting him to start fighting like Gatti but when he's at a different level to his opponent, he should be more agressive instead of coasting to a points win.

Hopefully he lets his hands go against Flores because he'll win regardless.

And fought Cotto, Clottey, roided Marquez (2X), Bradley, and Margarito?

Yeah, because Guzman is tougher than them!

Rigo is finally in a decent fight for the first time since Donaire in 2013. Flores won a SD against Escandon who is GRJs next opponent. Assuming GRJ is a step down from Loma I think he should target GRJ next. GRJ can fight Rigo and if he wins he can claim he beat the man who Loma was afraid of which would help his claim for a rematch. If Rigo wins then he beat the guy who IMO most prepares him for a Loma bout.

Wrong about any weight, he clearly said ask him (Loma) which weight he wants to fight. The problem in the past has been the rehydrate clause, not 126 or even 130.

If he fights Salido and Rigondeaux in his next two fights, I think it's safe to say that would be quite a big boost to the resume. I'm afraid the two weight classes between Rigo and Lomachenko will prevent the fight from happening.

Rigo does this every time he has a fight coming up. He has shown he has no intention of ever facing Lomachenko, it's just to get his name out. Rigo' career has turned into a sad mess and he looked shot last time we saw him. Being a big fan of him and Gamboa is depressing with the way their careers have panned out. I wouldn't be surprised if Rigo suffers the same fate as Gamboa very soon.

Didn't watch the video - can someone fill me in on the details?

How much did Rigo's promoter offer?
