Rigondeaux struggled badly with Cordoba FFS!!!!

The people who use Salido as their default setting when dumping on Loma are insane. The Cordoba fight was much more telling. FFS they have kept Rigo away from guys like him ever since. I frankly fear for Rigo if he ever fights Loma.

 

Your wrong on this c, and myself other posters like testez, dinovelvet, pimp c all disagree with u on this one, anti loma thread? Please I know ur a big fan but looks like u didn't read it and ill say it again people calling a guy p4p 1 even with a loss is absurb I also said thers no reason why he can't be p4p one in the future, these threads like pimp said are troll threads and another poster here said he didn't even get a breakdown of the scoring or how the op scored, u've done a good job so far but ur very biased on this one maybe it's cuz u hate rigo, and to say he struggled with cordoba! Hbo had a very wide score for rigo with ledderman and lampley scoring lol that says it all, I also made a thread about kovalev bein robbed, and only 2 about loma my threads r fair, I'm a boxing fan not like deyell here who isn't even interested, its about skin color for him

2. Had Rigo's handlers been that concerned about what occurred in the Cordoba fight, they wouldn't have put him in against Donaire.
3. Yeah...Think I'd favor Loma, simply due to higher workrate. I'd still enjoy the quality of action, though...and so would you.

 

This was the fight (or one of the few fights) he got knocked down with a jab right?

 

Everybody struggles at some point. He's still a great Boxer with Great defensive skills and has improved his pro style immensely. So I wouldn't hold that against him, as that was a while ago, and he's still one of the best fighters in the lower weightclasses classes and king of the 122 pound division imo. I would love to see Loma-rigo though! There would be some high level skill on display if those two ever got it on.

He's only been dropped in three fights. Cordoba, Donaire and Amigasa. The Cordoba fight was the only one caused by a jab.
