Rigondeaux training with Roger Mayweather (LAst Week)

You're an idiot. Every boxer uses this kind of pad work in training.

 

(hand-eye) coordination, balance, combination punching, ...

Don't you see Roger is trying to teach him something?

 

Sure it does, it gets you used to throwing combos and countering and blocking shots.

 

im sure that there was some communication problems there....and rigondeaux might not be very familiar with that kind of pad work and rogers routines....but it just makes you appreciate how ****ing good floyd is...and just how well he and roger work together

That pad work is definitely beneficial for boxing. His hands are always in a position to throw a punch, and any kind of punch.

The flow is high paced so your arms never get a rest and to make it worse you're having punches thrown at you to defend before, after and in between your offense. So fast decision making and practised defensive movements are learned.

Hitting the pads like that isn't anything special, it's just about memory. He's probably been doing those routines for about 10 years now.

Roger is nothing more than a pad man(according to his brother).I could train his nephew and he would have the same results,hope Rigo doesnt hire that crackhead.
