Have you actually seen Caballero fight? I watch about 4 "recent" fights from him...And i must say, other than being long and rangy...not much jumps out at me saying: WOW!!!

To me he is one of the weakest Belt-holders. I think that's why of all the "so-called" Top-Shelf fighters at 122-126lbs... Rigondeaux's people wants to fight Caballero. Caballero (other than Height) OFFERS NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF.

    Easy win for Rigondeaux.

Don't push that button right now, too early for two Cuban fighters. They should be first on the mission of cleaning off their respective weight class (122 and 126).

Brothers don't go to war, and there are a lot of rubish to clean before any fight of the kind ...A fight like this has to be mentioned at the Pacquiao-Mayweather level if not then it doesn't make sense ...

obviously he wasn't talking about greatest of all time. Hes talking about flat out head to head skills. We've never seen fighters like Rigo or Gamboa before. They have a set of skills that are so incredibly unique. Its only a matter of time before we get to see how high in class they are from the rest of their opposition.

I'm actually quite impressed with Cab man. He reminds me of a Paul Williams, throws punches at all angles with speed and power. By no means is he an elite fighter but he's loads of fun to watch. And I agree he's got no chance against a guy like Rigo how will just wait and counter, but he'd hand Juanma his lunch!!!

I get the feeling Roach is going to look at this contract and wipe his ass with it.

Seriously if any fighter in the whole world right now can do it at this stage in their careers its Rigondeaux. I've had my criticisms of the Cuban fighters ... Rigondeaux is the best of of all those guys. He can fight 12 rounds and take out Caballero.

    This:deal

    If he wants to step up and genuinely wants to fight top fighters, then Poonsewat is a perfect opponent for him. He's set to fully inherit the WBA when Caba moves up anyway, and with his style he'll give Guillermo what we all think he needs;

Punches to counter puncher against and to show his whole repoitoire:deal

I agree. Not that I doubt him of his talents, but it has happened all to many times of successful amateurs jumping in too quickly with the pros and getting upset. I think a fight of that magnitude would be wiser to take more time to have the best preparation to have the best results. Caballero's style, maybe not talent, but style maybe Rigo's worst nightmare. I really want Rigo to succeed and achieve greatness, but a step at a time. It'll come.

i never been impressed with celestino either. the fight is good but i just dont see the point in fighting just for fight and not for the wba belt. they should sign the contract for the belt. is caballero scared or sometthing in losing that ****? anyways that fight would not last that long. Rigo all the way of course
