The Donaire fight is the only reason he's on the P4P list 4 years later. But he's firmly out of mine before his next fight as there will be others who rightfully earned a spot whilst he fights no one.
I cited A bout before it to show he gets dropped; Loma hasn't been dropped by any of these guys and he's had less pro fights than Rigo who's had the same level of amateur experience.

What elite 126 pounder did Walters beat? Beating left overs like Darchinyan, well above his prime fighting weight. What does that mean? Beating Rigondeau'x left overs at a higher weight class means what? Walters is a rugged guy, a bit crude, but he isn't bad at all, at 126, he in my opinion along with Russell Jr. were the two best guys, and it's a shame he started acting funny right before he left it, by not making weight against Marriaga, then claiming he could go back to 126 for the right fight. That is a whole other story though. At 130, Walters had done nothing but draw with Sosa. Sit on the shelf, then let Arum bully him into fighting Lomachenko with no interim fight in between. I call it what it is. Walters clearly didn't even come to fight. The fact that he didn't even throw a punch when Lomachenko stood in front of him with his hands down shows that.

Lomachenko was impressive against Russell Jr., his best opponent to date. He stunk it up against Salido. He also stunk it up against vastly overmatched Suriya Tatakhun, that was one boring arse fight. Lomachenko couldn't even get that over matched opponent Rodriguez out of there for nine rounds, and then Rodriguez just quit by taking a knee. Who takes a bum like Koasicha ten rounds? That would be Lomachenko. So lets not throw shade toward Rigondeaux, when Lomachenko has stunk it up plenty against over matched opponents. Making it worse, is that unlike Rigondeaux, who is smaller than all his opponents, Lomachenko is bigger, than all his opponents. So I expect him to get cans out of there, instead of getting rounds from them. Rigondeaux clearly has more power than Lomachenko. Lomachenko lands punches in bunches, and the opponent isn't even hurt most of the time, hence, Koasicha, Suriya, Tatakhun etc going rounds with him. If Rigondeaux was landing those punches on those cans, they'd likely be seriously injured.

Santa Cruz, wasn't elite at 122. Running from Rigondeaux by going to a higher weight class, only to not fight the best couple guys there as well, doesn't make someone elite, and is what is ****ing boxing up. I don't consider Frampton, or LSC elite. Frampton almost lost to that scrub in his PBC debut, and both he and LSC are avoiding Russell Jr, and Valdez, just like they avoided Rigondeaux.
