You have to have in mind Rigo had two years off between last amateur-fight and pro debut.
Arum talking about Lemo vs Salido i january and Rigo vs Lemo in april.

 

Both outstanding, but Lomachenko has a Val Barker and only the one loss which was avenged, plus an extra junior world championship gold.
Arum who promotes them both calls Lomachenko "The greatest amateur of all time" and Roy Jones who tells it like it is and is a fan of Rigo said during the broadcast "I've never seen an amateur record as impressive as Lomachenko's".
Some people will say that Rigo's amateur career was better but statistically speaking Lomachenko's was superior.
