Perhaps because he has never fought anyone bigger and stronger than him?

Marroquin had a weight advantage. He still lost.

It just makes it an even more interesting fight, that's all. You act as if Donaire cannot be hit. He was getting tagged all night by Mathebula who was an absolute paper champ. I don't recall anyone really testing Donaire's body. Rigo is one of the best body punchers in the game. Tough fight for both guys.

There is a reason Donaire hasn't fought Rigondeaux and doesn't seem interested in the fight as Rigondeaux is capable of causing an upset.

The real issue is whether or not RIgondeaux can take Donaires power. Clearly has the skills to win though.

Marricon is going to be a world champ someday. Hes the biggest puncher in that division. His power reminds me of Chico Corrales

Doughnut won't have to worry about Rigo anymore soon.

Then, you call glass jaw someone who took big shots from a big puncher and didn't even bother to take a count to recover.Love that kind of logic.
But it's good,as I've been saying, maybe this thought will lure Donaire out of his shell to fight Rigo. And the boxing community will appreciate it.

    Funny considering he's fought top fighters at 112, 115, 118 and 122......

Donaire has the physical tools to beat him, but he doesn't apply them as well as he should. Against Vazquez Jr and Mathebula, he's looked horribly unspectacular. He's a one punch at a time speedster with a low workrate, sub-par fundamentals, and a very porous defense. Rigondeaux either knocks him out with some huge shots when Donaire jumps in or outclasses him with the superior technical skills and technique over the distance. Wouldn't be surprised to see Rigondeaux hit the floor and have to survive some shaky moments, though. Donaire is a quality puncher with nice timing, as well.

Clearly wins 118-110, somehow "exposed" and a "hypejob."

    Stay stupid, ESB.
