Experience , speed and punching power , Rigo has more than 400 amateur fights , he has seen it all and he knows a Donaire fight is important , it will be his coming of age in the pros , that fight will be his ticket to superstardom if he looks good and knocks Donaire out , he will be eager to make an impression , it won't be like the Cordoba fight where we saw a shy Rigondeaux toy with Cordoba for most of the bout ,he knows he can't fight that way in the pros , also ,I think it won't be a fast KO like in the Casey fight , Nonito is too good for that but still it's gonna be relatively fast for Rigo , it'e gonna be more like a chequers game than a chess game ( it all depends on Donaire )and I expect a few of those lethal bodyshots from Rigo landing on Nonito at one time or another , the question is : ¿ can Nonito take those shots ? , Ill be surprised if he can , if he can't I don't see the fight lasting more than 5 rounds .... and I forgot to add that Rigo's defense is exellent and he's faster than Donaire also so ... Peace .

I don't think Rigo will ever fight again the way he fought Cordoba , of course unless he gets hurt , since the Casey fight he seems to have learned his lesson . Peace .

Yes, cause nobody wants to fight him ... fights are falling down when they discover the beast he is ... its a pity cause father time will stop him, he should be over 30 ...

That's the amateurs. That wont help. Rigondeux wont beat Donaire and while he could knock him out he's slower than Donaire and Donaire is as technically skilled as he is and has more pro experience.

Big fan of Rigo, would love to see him vs Donaire, neither guy has fought anyone on each others level.

I wish the fight could happen sooner, as I won't have a chance to watch it the 20th, nor the 2 following weeks. Looking forward to it regardless.

Your an Idiot if you think having a great Amateur career wont help Rigo!!!!!!
He's more skilled then Donaire, far better at 'pure' boxing. Ya Donaire has more pro experience thats about the only thing you got right!!!!!!!!

Why are you acting like Donaire has a huge speed advantage?? Rigo can easily match him in speed. Rigo will make Donaire **** out his liver in the middle of the canvas with those wicked body punches.

Rigo has as much speed , if not more , as Donaire , he also uses it with accouracy , specially when he punches the body and as I said before he has seen all types of fighters due to his extensive amateur career so you have to respect that , I don't said it will be easy for Rigo but it will be done , I'm sure about that . Peace .
