The two guys are in rather similar positions, both have been widely avoided and both seem a level above any potential competitor at their own weight. Difference is Golovkin gets press and headlines - and the negative attention that always brings too - whereas Rigo gets largely ignored. It's weird, I know Rigo ain't the most popular and his career's gone to sh1t, but I actually really like watching him do his thing.

Both have been avoided and Golovkin get more press yes.... but also.. Golovkin stays active and fights the best available guys & is exciting to watch. GGG has gone through a load of B level guys, whereas apart from Donaire.. Rigo has been facing C/D level guys.

Enough with this trolling. Rigo's single win over Donaire takes a dump on GGG'S entire resume.....PERIOD!

And that "one" guy was a P4P fighter, and king of the lower weights classes. That in itself trumps any wins GGG has on his resume.

Golovkin's. Anyone who says otherwise hate GGG because he's not African American.

Quality over quantity. Nobody on ggg resume is as good as donaire. This is equivalent for ggg to beat a kovalev/ ward and he hasn't done that.

Pretty much even. Rigo's best win dwarfs anything on GGG's resume, but GGG makes up for it in terms of quantity.

Rigo probably, his resume is thin but he's got one great win and two decent ones. Golovkin's got more decent wins overall but not a single great win.

But yeah, Rigo's resume is thin, to be honest there's a good argument Loma's got a better resume than him right now.
