    Rigo

Moreno/Mares deserve to be mentioned among the best lighter weight guys as well. But yeah, Rigo and Broner are still relatively unrpoven.

    1. Rigondeaux
    2. Donaire
    3. Gamboa
    4. Broner

I like Donaire alot, but Rigondeaux has simply SMOKED lesser competition, by a COUPLE calibers.... still not seriously proven (and he could have done much better vs Cordova but seemed to hold back) but i think he may be in an ENTIRE class of his own. Rigondeaux/Donaire superfight.... i'd have to pick Rigondeaux.

Gamboa & Broner are explosive fighters, but are still young and big leaks in their defense. Gamboa has worked on closing that up. Gamboa's more proven than Broner, thus rated higher. I think both of them would be consistently beaten by Donaire or Riggy...

    :deal

He's a puncher version of Ward... i honestly rank him as the best effective fighter in the game.....

accomplishment wise and skill wise....rigondeaux stands alone.

his two gold medals trump any of the bull**** titles the others have won.

i'd be willing to bet he beats all the guys on the list too. he is definitely the 'troof.'

lol, he obviously meant not professionally proven.... probably has the most amateur accolades than anyone has ever earned, but the professional game is another thang altogether too. Though, the Cubans have transitioned into the pro game pretty consistently well....

we've still yet to see him compete against another A caliber fighter. Till then... rightfully unproven professionally
