Unfortunately for Rigo, his current promoter has no interest in promoting him. Supposedly, the current network he fights on gets physically ill everytime his name is brought up. Things could be turning around for the talented, 32 year old pugilist though. He has one more fight left on his Top Rank contract and Showtime sports head Stephen Espinoza. Maybe this time next year, we'll see him in there with the likes of Santa Cruz, Mares, Gonzalez, or possible even Gary Russell Jr. if Russell ever decides he wants to fight a legit fighter.

Arum needs to retire...he has blown some of the best potential fights that could've been made over the last 5 years... I'm not even talking about Mayweather/Pacquiao either. Everyone wanted to see Juanma/Gamboa when it mattered and he let that fight fall through. Seems like the only guys Top Rank really gets behind are Pacquiao,Chavez jr, Bradley and Marquez. Hoepfully Rigo will sign with Goldenboy...they're the lesser of two evils. Plus Showtime is really taking over boxing. I just hope he has enough sense when his contract is up, not to sign with "Fiddy" like Gambao did.

IDk about some of you of fightfans, but Rigo, Lara, Perez, Lomachenko, Pacqioua, etc.....

guys who are natural Cpers.....Im high on all them guys. Especially Rigo and Lomachenko. I think those guys are tops in their perspective divisions and would clean them out on an open and level playing field.

LOL, when a fighter's promoter annouces publically that no one wants to watch or pay good money to see his fighter.

Hell of a business model they have over there at Top Rank.

I think Rigo will receive more appreciation at SHO Sports. I'm looking forward to the move.
