4-Yoshikawa looks happy to lose as long as he doesn't get stopped... Nice body shot from Ikegawa, a good right from Ikegawa and he opens up with a flurry, Yoshikawa takes it well...does little afterwards.

Clearly Ikegawa is levels above his man, nows the time to put on a show and show that he can entertain

5-Nope...Ikegawa happy to stick with his "I'll wait for you, fire off a couple and we'll get back to fencing" rather than "I'm going to make a statement" zzzzz

6-Yoshikawa is throwing something! :O It's such a shock that Ikegawa doesn't even try to counter him.
    5-1 Ikegawa.

    Don't watch this one later.

1-Ooooh Yamada is here to win! Iimura's legs look like tree trunks, not sure how he's making 112lbs, Iimura pressing forward, he appears to have the most polished professional style of the debutants. Lovely counter right hand from Iimura drops Yamada, about 70 seconds left, down again 20 seconds later from a short right hand on the chin, he's up and all over the place. Ref stops it. Yamada now lying flat on his back

THAT is how you make a debut! Iimura tell your mates that this is how you impress

1-Toyoshima coming forward, nice left hook, left hook to the body from Nagahama, right hand to the body by Toyoshima, left hook up top from Toyoshima, lots of pressure from Toyoshima, a right hand from Toyoshima, Nagahama trying to pick his shots well but clearly coming off second best here, Nagahama looking super respectful and wanting space later in the round. Toyoshima knows the round is his and doesn't chase but does land a good body shot. 10-9 Toyo

2-Toyoshima pressing early again, Nagahama with a good left hook to the body, Toyoshima responds with one of his own, Nagahama falling VERY short with shots at range, no idea where Nagahama's jab is... oh there's one! A right hand from Nagamaha, and a body shot from Toyoshima, body from Toyoshima again and hooks from Toyoshima, Nagahama responds, body shot from Toyoshima, Toyoshima with some nice jabs up top and one to the body, 2-0

3-Nagahama picking up his tempo early on, Toyoshima bangs him to the body, nice back and forth but Toyoshima takes control, lovely left hook up top form Toyoshima, Nagahama lets a combination go but a hook from Toyoshima stops him in his tracks, Nagahama backing off again, huge hook up top again from Toyoshima, and an uppercut, left hook from Nagahama gets Toyoshima's attention, both land solid shots just before the bell.

3-0 BETTER from Nagahama, but not good enough.

4-Jab to the body from Toyoshima, and a good right hand downstairs only moments later, Nagahama is letting Toyoshima dictate the tempo FAR too easily, a right hand from Nagahama, good left hook again from Toyoshima, a right uppercut from Toyoshima, they go jab for jab, Toyoshima bursts into action with a nice burst of offense, nice jab from Toyoshima, and a burst of hooks from Toyoshima, good body shot from Nagahama, gorgeous riight hand from Toyoshima.

    4-0

    Open scoring
    38ー38 39ー37 37ー39

Errrr....*shrugs* at best you could make a case for Nagahama taking round 3

5-Nagahama popping the jab out but there's never any stopping power on it and Toyoshima never looks bothered or pestered by it, nice body shot from Nagahama, rangy right hand from Toyoshima lands up top, nice right from Nagahama, body shot from Toyoshima

    5-0

Toyoshima's nose appears to be bloodied and bothering him, a noticeable trickle of blood running down his chest

6-Toyoshima offensive early on and trying to drag Nagahama into a war, Nagahama not getting out of range and taking extra shots, the blood issue seems to be sorted with Toyoshima's nose, a huge right from Nagahama and Toyoshima responds with heavy leather, Nagahama on the retreat and on the ropes, Toyoshima forcing the issue, 2 big body shots from Toyoshima, more body work from Toyoshima, head shots, and back to the body, nice jab from Nagahama but he's on the receiving end if a beating this round. 6-0

Think he was pissed at the judges!
