Green and Bika do not merit a place in the top 50 fighters in the world right now. Ward's a top 100, but that sort of placement is called over-rating. All Ward's got is the win over Kessler, which is impressive for his age, but laughable in terms of his P4P-worthiness.
I think those are pretty accurate to be honest, maybe Adamek a bit low. The list is heavily US biased, Froch is way too low though.

Haye below Adamek and so far below Vitali? So many fighters who should be below Haye, what on earth are their criteria? What has margarito done except get a beating from pac?
Your logic is surreal. How the **** is Ward too low? He's beaten only one notable fighter. And why should Khan be higher? For beating your hero Malignaggi? Katsidis? Who's lost every time he's stepped up? Gamboa who's yet to face a single elite opponent? Williams, who's got to be the most overrated ****er around and just got utterly flattened? I think the top 20's a little weird, but it's not a bad list. I certainly prefer it to the way you rate fighters, which just seems to be whether you like them.
I don't do them. They mean absolutely **** all, but rating Ward in the top ten is just indefensible. He's done nothing to merit it.
So what? His career hasn't really advanced in the past 12 months, hence the ranking. It's alright holding the title but he only fought Ruiz, who hadn't beaten a good opponent in years..... though he was the mandatory of course (wrongly) and a journeyman in Harrison. Even the title winning effort over Valuev was overshadowed by a 46 year old man doing pretty much the same job a year previously but not getting the decision. Other fighters that have won and lost fights over fringe contenders in more competitive divisions deserve to rank higher. He vacated the cruiserweight division three years ago, after a single title defence too - hardly a sign of dominance.... though the division was pretty crap at the time. To quote a Floyd fan - he didn't really have to meet them and beat them to prove his supremacy, it was obvious. It would be interesting to see a list from Boxing News or Boxing Monthly - obviously there'll be less American bias, but I wouldn't imagine Haye being in the top 20 by any stretch, and rightly so.
Ward beat Kessler who was considered #1 at SMW and Kessler then proved he wasn't shot by beating Froch in his next fight. It's between Ward and Bute for SMW#1 right now so if you rate Ward you can easily put him top 10 p4p.
Em... how? That makes no sense. Bute's got no place near the top ten fighters in the sport. Neither does Ward for one solitary win over a guy who'd looked crap since losing to Calzaghe. Kessler may have beaten Froch (closely) but Ward hasn't. he doesn't get automatic credit for a fight he wasn't in. Rating Ward as a top ten fighter is just ridiculous. He needs better names on his ledger because Kessler aside, his opposition has been seriously weak.
In general it's a decent list. Joyi at 95 is baffling though. He beat the best guy in the division, excluding himself and Gonzalez who has now moved up in weight, this year and last year he beat a top 5 guy in Condes. Yet he not only beat them, he dominated them.
tell me 10 guys that should be ahead of him and we can have a debate about it. Otherwise its just your opinion and its pretty much pointless have a debate with you where your opinion is involved. I rank guys based on who they have faced, beat and how the performed in those fights. I rank the opponents from A,B,C and then N/A For me Ward has one win over an A fighter and thats Kessler. It was a dominant performance. He has B wins over Miranda, Green and Bika. All but Bika were dominant performances. He has 5-6 C level guys in there as well. I don't think you can find me 10 other guys with that resume.
