Seeing as P4P lists are completely subjective and compiled through personal opinion, does a vacancy in the rankings mean there is a vacancy in the brains of Ring magazine writers?

How is Mayweather not The Ring champ at 154 when he beat #1 Cotto? I'm aware Mayweathers wasn't ranked at 154 prior to that fight but now that Cotto is #2, would FMJ have to fight him again to gain the Ring's belt? How does that make any sense?

 

I agree..Floyd had to be ranked 2-5 and he was unranked by Ring at 154.

They used to have it, to where it could only be 1-2 or if approved by the Ring panel, 1 vs 3. They did away with that because there were only 6-7 champs as the 1 vs 2 and 1 vs 3 rarely fight.:thumbsup
