If you think Pernell Whittaker, SRL, Pryor, Arguello, Hearns would beat Mayweather, then you just don't know much about boxing,

Not saying they wouldn't be close fights. but seriously.........

You need to engage your brain, and quit with the "if a guy fought 30 years ago, he was unbeatable"

Sugar Ray Leonard wasn't that hard to outbox. Duran showed that. He was a sucker for skill and speed

A peak Marquez and Morales would be on the Pacquiao list. You wouldn't need to stretch to ATGs

he beats DLH and Alexis arguello. Ray Robinson,Leonard, Hearns, Duran would end him for good and sweet pea would dance around him and treat him like a sparring partner

I'd back him over saddler and Arguello at SFW and oscar at lightweight. I'd favour the rest over floyd

Need to get out of nostalgic mode, and just look at it factually.

Robinson - yes. Too much fire power

Leonard - very close. If Duran could outbox Leonard, I don't see why Mayweather couldn't

Hearns - hmmm, got well outboxed with speed and movement by Leonard. I'd put it 50/50

Pryor - wouldn't beat Mayweather if you gave him 100 attempts

Armstrong - Hmm, the guy probably lost 20 times at his peak, on points, by being outboxed. Man, Davy Abab can beat him at his peak, but Floyd can't. Stop being so nostalgic. I'd mark it 50/50. Floyd would beat him 50 times, if they fought 100 bouts

Duran - would beat Mayweather. He'd beat everyone on that list at his peak. I'm including Robinson

Whittaker - again, if you think Pernell Whittaker would beat Mayweather, I don't know what bouts you've been watching of his. Floyd is Pernell Whittaker, but with about 50% more firepower

Oscar - I actually think he'd beat Floyd at his peak. But it would be a pick em.

The wonderous thing called nostalgia, actually discounts what guys actually did in the ring, and just comes to the "they wouldn't lose to anyone" answer.

As in, they lost to people in there own eras, worse than the person you're discussing, but still wouldn't lose to anyone.

I think the top 7 beat him and the others have a good chance ,but I think hearns has the tools to beat him easiest on the list to be honest, floyd doesn't like the jab especially not one as long as hearns has got ,accuracy ,range ,power and most important adapatability, hearns could box on his toes as well as coming forward, easy ko for hearns for me,watch the way he ko'd duran it was the same way that mosely got to floyd left jab to the body right up top ,if it was hearns in the ring with mayweather that night he wouldn't of made the 3rd round
