No, not all the time and if anything it's the other way around.

You may feel they're better overall h2h light middleweights than Cotto, but stylistically you think any of them poses Floyd a harder look than Cotto? (and I'm not even saying Cotto poses all that hard a look himself)

Kirkland? Do we really need to talk about how silly Mayweather would make the wild ass Mandingo Warrior look?

Molina? He can't convince the judges to give him a fair shake and score properly for him and his style against far lesser names than Mayweather. You think he has a chance of taking a decision? (or scoring a KO :lol::lol:)

Lara? Like Molina, he couldn't even convince the judges to award him the victory against Williams who's nowhere near Floyd's level.

Just like newjacks in the NBA don't get foul calls, Lara and Molina wouldn't get rounds against Mayweather even if they'd seemed to fans and analysts to have earned them.

And that's assuming they could earn all that many - which I doubt.

That's why I put in the "up to 154" caveat, since Maravilla has said that he's done going below MW and wants the superstars to come up and challenge him at 160 (or a catchweight close to it)

Cotto's to slow, and at least imo his skills are overrated.

I say a weight drained Sergio Martinez puts up a better challenge than Miguel Cotto will.

Don't take the bait on Bama's hyperbole. It will be one-sided, but it's not like those barely B list guys are in a league ahead of Cotto, or anywhere near Floyd's.

I turned me on Mayweather vs Corrales (RIP) to kill the time before the PPV starts. :p

Jan. 20th, 2001 Floyd Mayweather was quite a damn sight to behold.
