    Beautiful fight from Floyd, it wasn't even cost, Cotto only won 1 round on my card, not good at all. Can't see Cotto beating top fighters at 154, gets hit too much.

    Larry Merchant says that he and Floyd recently had a conversation where Mayweather apologized to him for the "incident last September". He thanks him. Mayweather smiles and thanks him back for accepting. The hatchet is buried.

    Mayweather is asked about getting bloodied and pushed hard, he says it comes with the territory of giving the fans paying hard earned PPV dollars their money's worth.

    Merchant asks about his upcoming period of being "out of commission". Mayweather says he'll just have to stay in shape and work hard and come back strong.

    Merchant tries to ask what's next, possibly for a return in the fall. Mayweather says he wanted Pacquiao TONIGHT but it didn't work out. He reiterates "take the test". He says "let's give the fans what they want - Mayweather vs. Pacquiao!!"
