    Quintana circles rapidly and pops his right jab. Latimore throws some wild right hooks and left uppercuts on the way in, missing. Quintana ducks down and grabs Latimore around the waist, then releases and tracks out to his right while landing jabs. Ooh, right uppercut by Latimore diving in and catching Quintana on the jaw as he leans against the ropes. Body shots by Latimore.

    Quintana's jab was the best thing in the round, but there wasn't much in it either way.

    Over the last couple days, I've overheard several different "sets" of folks discussing the big fight this weekend.

    Around my town, this is NOT NORMAL. I expect huge #'s. :yep

    Lattimore pumping the jab. Carlos circling around the ring they engage in the corner nice right hook from Latimore and they spinout. Quintana attacks and lands a nic solid left through Latimore's guard. Quintana gets Latimore on the rope , works but doesn't land anything. Latimore gets Quintana on the ropes and doesn't land anything either. Nice right hand to the body from Latimore.

    Very close round. I give it to Latimore from the body blows though, he was slightly more effective with his aggresion, but Quintana had spots.

    Quintana circles right and reaches across with his jab. A few hooks off the jab. Latimore is following, hooking wide, and missing. Nut shot by Quintana, and he gets warned. Quintana circles right and blocks as Latimore steps in with a left hand. 1-2 by Quintana to stay off the ropes. Hammering left to the body by Quintana before grabbing. Quintana circles right, squatting down and stretching his right jab out from a distance. Latimore tries to pop his way in with a left hand. Quintana is crouching too low to be touched. Right jabs by Latimore chasing in. Quintana is elusive. Jabs by Quintana.

    Me neither. My girl does just to be nice. :p


    Around town though, we had ONE bookstore that carries the RING MAG. I'd always just buy it there even though subscribing is easier and cheaper just to be a good patron.

    I'd check and evidence suggested that one other person buys the magazine, but I'd never been there when that person was....:lol:
