Cant stand the guy & have little faith in his ability BUT it is well deserved.

    Congrats Fury!

In my humble opinion ring magazine is very objective and not pro golden boy. The only thing that suck over there is the p4p list that is mainly done by Giampa or whatever is his name. Their weight class rankings are pretty good too.

el pollo bumluvcan has 0 ring fighter of the year awards...probably because he ducked the 2011 fighter of the year...also i think they gave out "ass kicking of the year" to margarito in 09 for the beating old man shane put on him....that fight was in january and i think they decided to give the award out in february it was so bad

I wouldn't argue with it if Klit actually threw a punch and fought back. I think it took him 3-4 rounds to throw one straight right, but wasn't even committed. Klit may of well just handed him the belt, Tyson literally beat up a heavy bag that night, and shouldn't qualify for fighter of the year based on that.

So why didn't everyone beat klit. Boxing is a lot more complicated that just klit not throwing a punch. Fury had better footwork, jab, controlled the distance very vey well. Head movement was good as well.

Definitely deserves it after beating Wlad, a fight hardly anyone thought he had a chance in. Boxed very intelligently that night & proved a lot of people wrong.

Klit fought a similar fight in the fight before that one. He can't pull the trigger anymore and is clear as day. Fury put his hands behind his back and klit still would not punch. Its a complete joke. He didn't actually fight back until the last round LOL He has mental and mechanical problems and are beyond repair at his age. But yea, lets give Fury FOTY award for beating up a completely broken fighter.
