I rate collazo pretty high so when Mosley beat him easy that impressed me a lot but to make his case stronger he destroys the man that be Cotto who fought Mosley in a very Close fight cotto barely won. I had cotto up by a point. Pac fought cotto at a catch weight for an advantage and that's not true welterweight boxing! He was more then capable of making 147 but he didn't so that should be a strike against his ranking. Floyd don't fight nobody so he deffinately isn't #1.
