This is equivalent to me saying:

    - Calzaghe lost to Hopkins
    - Hopkins has already been beaten by Clinton Mitchell, Jermaine Taylor*2 & RJJ when he was younger so whats special about Joe beating him?
    - Eubank had not aready been beaten by Benn & Steve Collins twice.
    - Lacy had not gone life and death with Peter Manfredo.
    - Eurobum Kessler

Its all about giving credit where credit is due. Pac is a 4 weight division champ accross 6 weight divisions, 3 HOF'ers in his name, all top 10 p4p at the time of fighting them. Knocked down the 3 greatest FW of his generation a combination of 11 times, beat them a total of 5 times. Your opinion is your opinion bt fact remains, he beat JMM as Joe Beat BHop, both fights were controversial. Difference being Joe got put on his ass whereas Pac put his opponent on his ass and Pac's opponent being 10 years younger than Joe's. The fashion that he beat Morales & MAB were also devastating!

No, most people would not agree in Guzman schooling Pac. Thats your imagination. A poll has been posted a hundreds times in here on pac vs following names and Pac has come out favourite against all of them, a good 70%+ voted for Pac as favourite against Guzman. You cant rate a fighter based on your assumption that fighter B would "school" him, on the contrary most think Pac would KTFO Guzman.

As for the thread, Hopkins & cotto needs to exchange places. Cotto's current run is alot better than BHops current run.

I know that is P4P, but not having Wlad on that list at this point is bull****. Serious disrespect.

Few fighters have a resume of him that past 4+ years and he has also clearly distanced himself in his own division.

Cool, you re-thought Calderon being in there, I agree with that.

No issue with Mosely being in there, he almost beat Cotto.

But Wlad, even though dominant, is in a very **** division, possibly even worse than Calderon's and in his best wins, has been less than impressive like against Peter and Ibragimov.

Not a big deal, but #5 may be a bit high. Even Pavlik deserves a little more than Wlad, as Taylor sadly is a better fighter than anybody at HW P4P.

I do have Wlad in the top 15-18 generally and if he continue's winning, I will gradually move him up. Wins over Povetkin and the other titlists would move him into the top 10 no doubt.

yea like i said before, I had not seen much of Calderon and was basing his abilities mostly on what other people were saying

Wlad is better than Pavlik imo, mainly due to his superior speed and his incredible physical advantages for his weightclass. If you go strictly lb 4 lb then Pavlik is better overall, but in terms of relative to the weightclass, Wlad is better because of his size.

I've pointed this out as an issue many times. Wlad is a really good heavyweight in large part because he weighs an in shape 245 lbs, but if heavyweights regularly weighed 235-250, I believe he would be having major problems.
