That's the only time I've ever seen Witter just under Mayweather for any reason.

There doesn't seem to be any reasoning behind these lists. Generally, I think they're ok, but when you look into it, it's pretty puzzling.

If you're going to rate them on achievements at the weight, then you can't have Mayweather so high at 140. However, if it's down to how good they were, then Pacquiao needs to be ahead of Hatton, obviously.

It's interesting Pacquiao is number 1 at 130lbs. I'd imagine he's either ahead or one spot behind Arguello at the all-time list.

So wait a minute - Pac gets to #3 at welter for having one win over the guy at #4 and an ancient, weight drained Oscar whilst Forrest gets #4 having whooped the guy at #1 twice??

    Also, MAB 3rd at feather?

    The Ring is a joke.

    My disagreement is:

    At Middle Weight:

Sturm over Trinidad? The only reason I guess they added that is because Sturm has been there longer but he never faced the best.

There are more questions but I'll post them later.

I totally agree with you. There is no way pac should be ranked at 140 when he only had one fight there. It was impressive but still not a chance. I do think he should be ranked at WW though. His win over Cotto (although it wasn't at the welterwieght limit - I don't believe the contract weight affected Cotto) was extremely impressive. And the manner in which he destroyed DLH (wieght drained or not it was impressive). Also Carlos Baldomir? Really? How the hell did he make the list.
