What a bad looking top 10, half of them would probably lose to an overweight James Toney.

how's oleg still top 10? guy got embarassed and looked like utter **** vs peter and his only relatively recent good w is the rahman win in what 06/07? (and that's not even that good). that's a pretty bad list except for the klits obviously, jcg, and povetkin (to a degree).

    :huh

The only one that could lose to fat roided Toney is Maskaev - bacause he is probably even more washed up than fatty.

I'm pretty confident that Thompson would beat Ibragamov and Maskaev and possibly Ruiz. I have no clue how Ibragamov has gotten so ridiculously overrated. He's beaten one top-25 fighter and maybe one top-50 fighter, plus he drew against a guy who's barely a top-50 fighter, got his ass kicked against the one good fighter he's faced, yet he's ranked in the top 6.

Thats take a look at what we have, shall we. He would beat Maskaev like you said, outboxing the slow, very sluggish, 40 yearold around the ring, maybe even getting the TKO late in the fight. He already beat Ruiz handily in 05, I feel he would do the same in 08. I also believe he would beat a similar sized Gomez, who would eat counter punches all night, and would suffer the same fate he did when he was knocked the **** out by the awkward punching Diaz, the same Diaz Peter utterly destroyed a few years back. I would also give Toney a 50/50 against Chagaev, who has been sick and injured throughout the past year, I see it being a Jirov/Toney type fight all over again, hooks will be flying from every direction, with both men trying to counter punch the other. I would also give him a 50/50 against Iggy, the guy has nothing special in his arsenal, his claim to fame is beating a 45 yearold Holyfield on points, an even worse version of the one Toney knocked some years back, and his win title win over Shannon "The Inhaler" Briggs. If Ray Austin can take him to draw, and knock him down, so can Toney.

    Most underrated division in boxing.

Maskaev and Ruiz should be off.

    JC Gomez should be higher.

It is a joke Tony Thompson is not on the list. And Brewster/Arreola should fill the last spot.
