Though, I do give him points for getting the dumbasses to believe it was real.

It was a great post. After the first paragraph, I was pissed off. The second and third smelled a little.

No its isnt. If he had been a tennis player and made those kinds of comments what do you think they would have done to him???? I say tennis because its the closest thing to boxing in terms of a world wide sport that is kinda under one roof. I know that in the American sports such as NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL he would have been booted for awhile. No one in the sport wants to be repesented by someone that has those kinds of views of thier sport...Keep in mind it was those kinds of comments that keep Hopkins from being a HBO or Showtime fighter for much of his career.

Comments shouldn't get a guy stripped of a title. This does not do much for the legitimacy of the Ring Magazine Title.

 

Look back three or four posts.

 

I believe what people post in here and the article was well written also. This is a boxing forum so I believe what I read. The way things go in boxing now, it could have been true what it said about Calzaghe being stripped. It isn't like it said Frank Warren sucker punched Calzaghe and knocked him out cold. It was possible what it said.
