...it's pretty good actually. My ten:

    01 - Sam Langford
    02 - Harry Greb
    03 - Sugar Ray Robinson
    04 - Henry Armstrong
    05 - Bob Fitzsimmons
    06 - Ezzard Charles
    07 - Muhhamad Ali
    08 - Benny Leonard
    09 - Willie Pep
    10 - Mickey Walker

In forever, rather than just since 1922.

Not a single non US fighter is close to making this list Bailey. Calzaghe fought bums and past their prime ex champs. He is not a top 100 all time fighter. If you put Calzaghe in the top ten you got to start putting guys like Danny Green on the list also.

    My list
    1) henry armstrong...20 defenses at welterweight and wuz nothing more than a smallish lighweight in his prime....great resume have to put him over SRR for level of comp and titles won defended
    2) SRR
3)sam langforde...never won a title but comp speaks for itself, beat champs n greats from lighweight to heavy n beat guy 30+ pounds larger regularly
4)harry greb same reasons as langforde
    5) willie pep
    6) benny leonard
7)tony canzoneri overlooked as a teenager drew with the bantam champ at the time one of the greatest ive ever seen an even tho he fought in the 30s he looks like a modern day fighter.....slick had good power could fight every where in the ring won titles at 3 weights and beat lots of guys larger great resume
    8)sugar ray leonard
    9)roberto duran
    10)ezzard charles

It never fails. No disrespect at all, I don't understand why people always consider these throwback fighters to be so much better than modern fighters. There is no way I could have Greb, or Langford above Ali. I rate Gene Tunney over both of those guys.

Just how many ****ing fights did Greb have?****ING 300?Of course some of the opposition is going to suck.Plus,he's the only man to beat Gene Tunney who was MUCH bigger than Greb. That's CLEARLY better than anything JC has on his resume.Calzaghe was a terrific fighter, but you have him top 5 since 1922,lol?Just what on his resume would indicate that?Where would you put Rocky Marciano, who has both a better record and resume than Calzaghe? And you still didn't bother to answer the 1st question. What's your top 10 p4p since 1922?
