Always curious for the justification of ranking Moore above Charles.

It's difficult to criticise the list itself when it's just the combined results of a number of surveys. Agree with the general consensus though that the sample should have been more representative. The results would have been different with a more global sample.

**** list as expected from The Ring mag which is basically a joke nowadays and a far cry from what it once was when it was really considered the bible of boxing, Those days are gone and will never come back i wouldnt be surprised if in ten years time the Ring Mag doesnt exist anymore.

No Wladimir Klitschko? Lennox Lewis only 4 points? This is a farce.

They did survey the top, top people in boxing for that poll, no doubt, some real genius types.

In what world does the 2nd longest reigning HW champion not crack the list? How do the likes of Evander Holyfield and Joe Frazier rank above Lennox Lewis? There is absolutely no logical justification for these choices.

I could definitely see Holyfield and Frazier ranked above Wlad and Lewis, I don't think that's bad at all. I have both ahead of Wlad myself, and although I have Lewis ahead of them, i'm not blind to the contrary argument.

This list loses all credence by putting Armstrong at #2. His peak was before Germany even invaded Poland, let alone before the US dropped the big one on Hiroshima or Nagasaki. If you can't get a simple timeline straight, don't bother making lists based on a timeline.
