Clottey
Margarito

Correct me if I am wrong but at least the top 8 have fought and beaten another fighter in the top 10. Clottey being the exception but he had 2 very close fights with Cotto and Margarito.

When I started this thread I was thinking more about some of the problems with the rings rankings. I just used Floyd as he is one of the more obvious examples of someone being ranked on what he has the ability to do rather than what he has actually done.
