the last 4 rounds of john-juarez doesnt justify john's top 10 rankings

you shouldn't base a fighters p4p ranking on the last 4 rounds of a fight where he was sick and he was robbed and the ref was in the opponent's pocket.

I guess all I can say is John will prove you wrong in the rematch

i never believe in the ability of juarez...i expect john to win atleast 9 rounds in a rematch...

but that fight showed that john lacks stamina. ha must learn how to pace himself, yes, he was sick but he overdid himself in the first half of the fight.

i do not reward a fighter for having a wrong game plan. had john been less aggressive in rounds 4 and 5, he should have lost at most 3 rounds

i have him in my top 20 but not in top 15

yes, i still expect john to win 10 rounds in the rematch but his stamina is exposed

like I said he will prove you wrong in the ring. Stamina is the first thing to go when you are not 100%. Game plan has nothing to do with it. John's stamina is amazing if anything

beating juarez wont do anything...juarez is a limited fighter...but i just put pavlik, the klits and kessler higher than john

john and caballero have equal footing imo...

Vasquez should be there instead of Marquez. Marquez has two ko successive losses against Vasquez and is inactive for some time. Is Rafa Marquez a sacred cow and favorite of Golden Boy?

notice how mosley gain grounds on izzy. mosley is now #4 without doing anything this week.

maybe they are planning to drop izzy and rafa out of their list...finally...

    Haha, what a joke.

Donaire? Give me a big f*cking break. A like the guy but his only victory worth considering when making a P4P list is the one over Darchinyan, who wasn't a P4P-er back then, and the fight happened 2 years ago. Beating Raul Martinez and Mthalane or who worth of a rating above Darchinyan who beat an ACTUAL P4P-er in Mijares, future HOF Arce and a champion in Kirilov? :think I don't get the logic. Why not Juan Manuel Lopez then, he's on a MUCH MORE QUALITY RUN than Donaire.

Caballero is still there despite barely keeping his titles just a few days ago? Put JuanMa there, will'ya?

Where is Paul Williams, who beat the **** out of Winky Wright, a guy who stayed in the P4P top10 after the Hopkins loss? Why doesn't that win count, but it seems Donaire over Darchinyan 2 years ago does? If the past years count, why isn't Floyd Jr., recently announced he's coming back, ranked?

What did Cotto do to jump from outside of the top 10 to 7, despite not having a fight? A replay of the Michael Jennings win is top7 worthy?

    It is a joke.

Once again, every time Vic is mentioned on ESB you just have to chip in on why Donaire is so much greater than Vic. Honestly your Vic bashing is really getting quite TIRESOME. Why so much hate dude? You are clearly the biggest Vic-Hater on ESB.

And FYI, if fighter A beats fighter B, it does not automatically mean he deserves to be ranked higher on a P4P list. If that were true then Cotto would deserve to be higher than Mosley. A large part of how fighters are ranked is based on recent accomplishments. I don't care how much potential a fighter has, it has nothing to do with P4P rankings. Donaire's biggest accomplishment of late is defeating a good young fighter, but really a nobody. . . hardly P4P worthy, and definitely not ahead of Vic. Donaire's accomplishments does not justify his ranking. Vic's recent accomplishments cannot be denied. The guy became the first guy to unify the division and did so spectacularly, all against top opposition. And lets not forget his recent activity, fighting 4 top fighters (soon to be 5) in the space of 12 months. This is simply UNHEARD of with ANY top fighter.

  13. Gomez (W), Margo (L), Jennings (W) gets you in the top 7 p4p what a joke !!!

do not use cotto-mosley issue here...that was a close fight. could have gone either way.

it is just the darchinyan is beatable...:deal
and yes, donaire's skill and abilty justify his top 8 position. i have no problem having darchinyan at 9.

but it is silly seeing a list where darchinyan is 10 spots higher than donaire. same as seeing caballero 10 spots higher than juanma lopez

i would not debate with you if your criteria us 90% accomplishment and 10% overall ability...mine is 50-50
