Darchinyan and Caballero OUT, Kessler and Williams IN, I also would put Vitaly here instead of Donaire or Cotto.

p4p is always bias on heavyweights...think, lewis has never been higher than 10, why would vitalai be ranked in the top 8?

    stupidest question i've ever heard....

    who are williams best wins?

    - Margarito
    - Winky (2year layoff)
    - Quintana
    - Phillips
    - Mitchell
    - Matthysse

Cotto's resume is way better then his

    - Mosley
    - Torres
    - Judah
    - Quintana
    - Malinaggi (b4 the hand problems)
    - Corley
    - N'dou
    - Bailey

and i dont know Vic's biggest wins off the top of my head, but i'm pretty sure his resume is no better then even Williams resume...much less Cotto's, lemme go check though

The point is that Cotto was stopped by Margarito and only beat Michael Jennings. Williams avenged his loss to Quintana by knocking him out in the first round, stopped Verno Phillps, and beat a still good(better than Michael Jennings) Winky Wright. Cotto has done nothing lately to deserve to be in the top 10.
