It's hard to predict. We are used from these two fighters to perform a surprise in the past, either Pac would wear Shane out to win a UD, or Mosley gettin a KO punch that would end the fight early. I think both has each game plan to perform, It's just who could execute.
Pac UD is likely, but after being 100% certain that Morales was going to die in the ring against Maidana nothing will suprise me.
Ironically, it was Pacquiao's crisp jab that hurt Shane. The KD in the 3rd was more a result of his jab than the left hand that followed. Pac can throw a very solid jab when he wants to, he just more frequently uses it as a rangefinder.
The best way to beat PAC is to punch with PAC...but do it SPARINGLY! The person who can control the distance with PAC and can control when it's a boxing match and when it's "toe to toe" action is the guy who might upset Manny. The only way to beat PAC is to keep PAC away, at a distance that is in your zone and out of his. The only probelm with that is PAC usually controls the distance and the PACE which is never going to equate to a win over the PAC Man. The best way to survive against Manny is to run...which seems to be the most popular blueprint in winning the lottery to face PAC.
Pretty funny reading 'respected' boxing journalists predictions and then seeing them backpedal to post fight comments like "I told you so". Fisher gave Pac zero credit post fight and he goes as far to say that he won't travel to his next fight. Same way Montoya (from maxboxing) said that Margarito would give Pac a hell of a fight (he maybe went as far as predicting an upset, I can't remember). But then post fight he lambasted the match up and called out Pac for cherry picking. I don't mind Fisher (can't stand Montoya though) but he sounds more and more like a Golden Boy PR person. Same with Rosenthall who was hyping up Hopkins-RJJ 2 last year.
