    I miss seeing Roy's name at the top of the P4P list, it just looks right.

    That is not the Ring Magazine's P4P list for 1999.

    No way in hell would Mayweather be the P4P number 2, considering that Oscar, etc. were still actively fghitng and at their prime while Mayweather has just 2 years professional experience.
