Look. You're obviously an alt. And even you aren't, you joined TODAY. Why the **** would I need your acceptance? Your avi isn't boxing friendly, it's a myspace -style picture attempt at hiding your double chin. You probably don't have a job, and if you do, it involves digging holes for shitty pay. Shut the **** up and let adults talk. Sit this one out.
The Clottey fight is an awful example because we're left with more questions than answers after the bout. I don't take anything away from Pac though, because a win is a win. I just don't buy into the hype that he deserves 5 out of 5 stars. As a ww or even a jmw, he still hasn't proven to me he has beaten a great boxer. He was definitely a monster at 130 though. On a side note, it gets annoying as hell when fans and the like keep rubbing his success into people's faces. Nobody appreciates that ****. It's one of the reasons why I've stayed away from Pac's bandwagon. We all know Pac is a great fighter. But damn, some people sound like bible thumpers.
Yet, you have no problem with *****s rubbing Floyd's success at other people's faces. It goes both ways.
Tyson, Leonard, Pac -- maybe Tyson was most important if I had to pick one, he had the whole world paying attention to boxing again for a while.
What about the 7 division titles that he achieved? No one on earth could ever duplicate this feat. Not in two lifetimes. After Tyson lost to Douglas, his popularity waned since then.
yeah like the one ugly avi holding placcards above. for esb's sake how do they allow posters like that to join us and call themselves fans of the sport? atsch
I don't think that's true, personally. He pretty much got an immediate title shot after he was released from prison and was pretty popular until the whole Holyfield ear bite. Then after Lennox, I think he dropped rapidly off the radar but everyone still knows who he is.
If you're still a Pac hater at this point then there just isn't anything to be done for you. You're not a boxing fan. You're like the guys who hated Ali in his prime, or Leonard. I wouldn't even bother trying to change any pac haters excuse for a mind at this point, I just feel sorry for them.
When did Pac become "the most important figure in boxing"? It sure as hell wasn't at the beginning of 2008 when Floyd was coming off the Hatton TKO. So, basically, Pac has been "the most important active figure in boxing" for only a matter of two + years. Not sure how he reached God-like status.
What you think is not important when your avi and nick is like that. Now did i tell you to log-off already *******?
He's fought much tougher at competition at ww than Floyd ever did. For that matter, he's fought tougher competition in every weight class than Floyd ever did, with the exception of Chico.
No. Floyd's JLC > emmanuel's David ****ing Diaz Floyd's ODLH > emmanuel's antonio plasterita Mayweather 135 & 154 > emmanuel's 135 & 154
