    “Due to the fact that Manny Pacquiao is more active and weighed-in as a welterweight (144½ pound) for the Antonio Margarito victory, he has overtaken Floyd Mayweather,” said Nigel Collins, Editor-in-Chief of THE RING. “The WBC junior middleweight belt at stake will look nice in Manny’s trophy case, but really doesn’t mean very much, especially as Margarito was unranked by THE RING going into the fight.”

    Manny doesn't need Floyd anymore. He should take all the Jr. Welterweight titles and just stay at that weight.

    Thing is Mayweather moved up to #1 when he fought mosley, and now Pacquiao has moved up because he has the more recent fight.
    Who ever has the most recent fight will be #1 P4P.
