It was been rather enjoyable. Ray does come across very well IMO, even if it is probably just a character he puts on

 

Cracking show tonight.

 

Just reading his book now, hes really honest so far and he holds nothing back.

 

SOK, Ray's book is AMAZING! I really didn't like him before I read it to be honest, but I couldn't put it down. I finished it in 3 days flat

Ive said this before man.....HERE SKY YEAH YOU......Put ringside on at 8pm at the earliest, not every **** works on their doorstep you know, and stick your sky + up your bullet pipe.

What is it about Ray that people dont like :think

 

I would guess drugs...I like drugs, **** it!

 

Hagler summed it up beautifully. He said something like 'I had to work, work and work to get to the top. And even when I was there, I was robbed and told I was no good. Ray got given everything'.

 

Yeah, im finding it a great read so far myself, thought I knew all there was to know about Rays career, but this books has some really revealing behind the scenes info in it

Id presume its because rays personality comes across as slightly fake. You can tell to a certain degree that his public is crafted to be tv friendly.

 

brilliant show.great stories like how he got knocked out 5 days before the hagler fight.

I get it I suppose people are always going to root for the underdog and Duran and Hagler were the typical underdogs.
