Yeah was decent that, interesting what he said about his loss to martinez and how he feels completely different about this one. Also the bit about the yoga interested me a lot too, says that since he's started it, he's been injury free. All down to stretching you think?

Darren Barker talking about the loss of his brother was so personal. it will be an amazing story if he can pull this off and for Tony Sims too. you can not help but like Darren and I will have everything crossed for him tomorrow night.

Enjoyed the special but felt there was far far too little on Geale...what was there, perhaps 1 min...

Looking forward to the fight though!

Cos Diego was mimicking Geale's erratic movements and work. He left hooks a lot like Geale does.

As for the show i really enjoyed it. Missus seems a really nice person and can see it's a family full of love.

The stuff about Gary gets me choked. Terrible what happened but tonight this is Darren's destiny.

    WAR BARKER!.

He mentioned he was quite a good runner. Thing is with running, although great for cardio vascular fitness it can be really bad for you joints, knees and hips especially. Cycling, swimming and Yoga are non impact sports and won't damage your joints.

He clearly has a good family behind him, at least he ain't speaking in the third person like Khan or Hatton.

The little clip they showed of Gary reminded me how pleasing a fighter he could be to watch. Such a waste.

I'm gagging for Darren to do this tonight. Close fight and a rematch over here would be nice too as Geale's a good bloke.
