Ringside timekeeper had to start the count for Cortez

    How ****ing incompetent is this man? He wasn't even looking until after both shots landed, and I believe it's the timekeeper who jumps up to start the count. God Cortez is ****ing useless.

    Ya, what if the first shot landed by Mayweather was a headbutt, followed by a right hand. Cortez didn't see the exchange and still counted anyways. Smooger is the best. I wish he would comment in this situation.

    He probably would have started the count even if Ortiz went down on a low blow. Did you see his face, Cortez was checking out the ring card girls while Victor took a piece n a biscuit.

    I think he means the clock...the clock surely has to be restarted before any action takes place?
