This was a remarkably good episode, huge credit to the Ringside team. Compelling viewing.

Wonderful to see Watson doing so well and looking so happy and content with life. He seems to be getting better with every passing interview and clip we see of him. Great to see. Was shocked at how Ingle looked and its obvious he has had a very difficult time with things, can only wish him the best and hope he gets his life back in order. Really good fighter in his time.

Spencer was quality as always, Sky need to sign him up for the next 10 years! :deal

    Well done Sky :happy

    watching the re run now.

watson is a legend for being so tough and strong after such bad things happening,i cant start to imagine learning to walk, talk and do everything all over again.

    thats real character there.

glad that these people arent forgotton, and are thanked for their unfortunate careers helping others be safer now.

feel bad for ingle, its sad that he cant box,yet he still has that hunger and longing to be able to box, though he never will again.

i think points out that no boxer should go through with a fight if thier injured bad, cant train and do justice to themselves and the sport by being in absolute top shape. if they feel somethings not right in the build up or early in the fight, best pull out.

really brings it back home that lives are on the line when they step into that ring.

im glad they focused on this side of boxing tbh.

ide like them to do like an episode on fighters lives in retirement,on losing thier fortunes, injuries,on need for a union, stopping bad decisions, for better responsability from the title organisations and sanctioning bodies(less titles, more clarity, better fairer rankings).

have them talk about lack of terestial tv focus on boxing.

howcome boxing is more global, and less dominant in america.

Difficult show to watch, found it interesting from questions to past footage etc but it is hard to watch them how they are now as opposed to how they were in their peaks.

It is shows like this that make you never want to question a stoppage no matter how Crap it looked.

ringside has gone up a notch in my books.......

shows how much true grit and real heart boxers really have in and out of the ring.......

ingle seems like he needs to be involved in the sport somehow at some level, or he wants to be involved but maybe he cant get into what he would like to do, coaching young kids showing them the ropes would be good for ingle and if they go on to do well its a kind of victory for him, which he sounds like he needs.......poor bloke i realy feel sorry for him.......massive shame!
