Good show tonight. Good to see lilis turning over to the other side really though they need to knock on the head the shadow boxing nelson does with fighters. None of the 2 lads there tonight enjoyed doin that and I'm at home watching it through my fingers, it's hard to watch

 

Should of left MMA off the show tonight that was pure crap they were talking at the end.
