Anyone else see this? It offered a pretty good incite into the training regime Froch goes thru. He sparred with Bellew but wanted James DeGale, who basically didn't fancy getting beaten up! Degale's team even said that Froch should come to him!

It was good to see Bellew's trainer offering advise to Froch about how to deal with Ward's dirty tactics, and refreshing to see how Froch is going to 'throw my elbow when he lunges in at me'

    I rather enjoyed it!

Yeah thought it was really good, interesting about DeGale, no doubt we will get some response from him shortly.

I think I'm the only Degale fan left on this site, and even I'm getting pissed off with his antics!

Pretty much summed up why DeGale is struggling at the moment tbh.

Groves has sparred with Froch and Andre Dirrell, that's good learning experience, and it shows. Maybe if DeGale got in the ring and sparred against some world class fighters he'd show some progression.

He just mentioned that he wanted to be sparring James DeGale and spoke to him a few times about it. I think he said that DeGale left him waiting for a response for two weeks and then asked Froch to come to him instead :patsch

Froch then popped a few (completely fair) digs at how much DeGale got hit against Wilczewski and that the sparring would've been better for himself anyway.
